Everyone at For Schools would like to wish the best of luck with the National Curriculum tests next week.
As in previous years we are providing support to many schools over this period and with the analysis of their results once they arrive (see below for details). This is the last year with this format of tests in year 6. Set out below are key dates for the remainder of this year (particularly important dates are highlighted in bold:
|Monday 11 May -Thursday 14 May||National curriculum test week (levels 3-5 and level 6 tests).|
|Friday 15 May||‘Access arrangements’ section of NCA tools opens for applications for special consideration.|
|Friday 22 May||Deadline for schools to submit any notifications that pupils have used a scribe, transcript, word processor or electronic or technical aid.|
|Friday 22 May||Deadline for schools to submit the headteacher’s declaration form.|
|Friday 22 May||Deadline for schools to submit special consideration applications.|
|Tuesday 26 May||Mark schemes available to download from NCA tools.|
|Monday 1 June||‘Teacher assessment’ section of NCA tools opens.|
|Friday 26 June||Deadline to submit teacher assessment data.|
|Friday 26 June||Schools that have applied for special consideration will have been notified of the outcome of their application via NCA tools.|
|Tuesday 7 July||Pupil results and marked script images available on NCA tools. Level thresholds available on GOV.UK.|
|Friday 17 July||Deadline for schools to submit review applications.|
|Friday 4 Sept||Review outcomes returned to schools.|
We will be publishing our sub-level threshold breakdown around 7 July once the DfE publish their level thresholds so be sure you’re following our blog (http://www.forschoolseducation.co.uk/school-data/schools-data-blog/).

From the 7th July we will begin writing Key Stage 2 Data Analysis Reports for schools who have ordered them providing analysis of the results within 5 working days of receipt of results and a full commentary as soon as possible thereafter. The report is £425+vat and provides full details of outcomes and progress made by the Y6 cohort. Example reports available on request.
We are also providing our successful KS1 Data Analysis Report again this year updated for entry points based on the new EYFS assessments. The report is £425+vat and examples are available on request.
NEW for 2015 is our EYFS Reception Data Analysis Report – due to requests from schools we have developed a report that analyses EYFS outcomes and progress across reception based on the 17 aspects of the EYFS. This report is £250+vat.
