Judged as Satisfactory or just Good in your last inspection?
MAKING IMPROVEMENT AND SECURING GOOD This follows on from our very successful course “The Inspection Framework 2012”
This course is for head teachers, senior leaders, subject leaders and governors of Primary, Secondary and Special Schools who may “Require Improvement” or want to secure their “Good” status.
You will not be judged as good overall without getting this judgement for each element. This course identifies exactly what you have to be doing to be judged as at least good in each of the four key elements of Achievement, Teaching, Behaviour & Safety and Leadership & Management.
Book now to avoid disappointment!
Outcomes for the day
During the day we will unpick the key actions and outcomes and identify leadership tools and strategies you can use to ensure a judgement of good. This will include:
what the descriptors really mean on a day to day basis
causes of a grade being depressed
identification of your (real) current position
addressing issues (taking effective action)
ensuring you can evaluate impact (a key focus for Ofsted)
The inclusive one day conference cost entitles you to receive:
refreshments and lunch
the slides used as a handout
a range of practical tools for use in school
In addition, following the course we will email you the presentation slides so that you can use them in your own setting. By the end of the day you will be able to disseminate key information to teams and governors. This conference will be based on the most recent materials published by Ofsted at the time of delivery.
