RAISEonline access – forgotten your log in
Your school data will soon be available on RAISEonline so now is a very good time to check if you can log into the site – www.raiseonline.org
Once the data is released the RAISE team become very busy and resetting passwords can take time.
If you are having problems logining in but you know your school Username your first step should be to use the forgotten password facility.
Using the forgotten password facility (go to RAISEonline home page and click on ‘Forgotten your password?’)
You must enter your username and the email address you have registered with RAISE, and then answer any one of the three security questions you will have provided when you accepted the systems t&cs.
Once generated, the password will be sent to the email address provided from firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to change the password supplied at your next login to this website.
If you have not received the email with your new password, please remember to check your spam folder in the first instance; otherwise contact your school administrator as detailed below. Please note that for security reasons, the password reset email will not refer to RAISEonline.
Reset by the School Administrator
If you have forgotten your registered details, such as your username or security answers, please contact your school administrator who will provide a new temporary password. When you next login you will be requested to update your details including the security answers.

To enable RAISE to deal with your query promptly, please include your job title, the name and full address of your school, unique reference number (URN), DfE number and the headteacher’s email address with your email.
