While the SEF may have gone, it is still as important as ever that schools demonstrate Self Review and Evaluation. Many schools will be unsure of where to start now that they need to maintain their own Self Review documents.
Our Self Review and Evaluation Summary is a comprehensive document, linked to the Ofsted Framework 2012, it provides you with a manageable document to get you started and put you in the best position for an Ofsted inspection.
Part of getting ready for the dreaded Ofsted Inspection is ensuring that everyone in school is comfortable with what will be asked of them during the Inspection itself. Our service includes a review of your Self Evaluation, RAISEonline and Development Plan the mock inspection and gives you the option to focus on the areas of the Ofsted Framework we recommend, all of them or on individual areas you identify.
Our combination of verbal feedback and written report give you the best possible feedback and highlight any issues likely to arise when your real Ofsted inspection comes around.
At For Schools we work in partnership with a number of Local Authorities and organisations in a variety of support roles with a view to improving the standards within children’s services across the country.
We run a variety of courses and INSET days for and on behalf of Local Authorities as well as a number of courses we run in partnership with Local Authority colleagues.
If you have a particular need for support or have an interest in an area mentioned elsewhere on the site we are always happy to talk about how we can help.
